ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Michael Alfonzo Stephens, of Barkley Road, Albany has been arrested on warrants of Murder and Armed Robbery, in the death of Petrocelli Williams.

Petrocelli Williams, 40, was hit by a vehicle in September of 2015. Williams' body was found in the 1700 block of Oglethorpe Boulevard.

William Fredrick Jackson, 32, is wanted in this case for Conspiracy to Commit Armed Robbery, and Felony Murder. Rodriquez Shawn Richardson, 37 is wanted on the same charges.

The arrest warrant says that Williams was run over and killed when he was struck by a vehicle.

In 2014, Petrocelli Williams was involved in a fiery wreck that left his brother, 36-year-old Costanza Williams, dead.

APD said the two brothers were driving west, speeding in their GMC 1500 on the 2400 block of Rosebrier Avenue. The driver struck a light pole, hit multiple objects before coming to stop, and that's when the truck caught on fire.

Petrocelli Williams was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital for treatment, and soon released.

Albany Police said speed was likely a factor in that crash.

If you have information about William Fredrick Jackson, or Rodriquez Shawn Richardson, call APD or Crimestoppers at 436-TIPS. You could receive a reward.
