Victim identified in Moultrie wreck

MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

GSP has confirmed that one person died after a wreck in Moultrie.

60-year old William Kent was killed after a crash around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday when a Chevy Impala crossed the center line and slammed head-on into his Nissan pick-up.

Two cars wrecked on 1st Avenue in front of the Robert Hutson dealership in Moultrie.

Two other people were injured in the accident. No details have been released on the woman who was driving the car that crashed into Kent's, or what she'll be charged with.

    Figures released by the Georgia Department of Labor (GDOL) today show that Metro Albany’s unemployment rate dropped three tenths of a point in March, to 5.7 percent. It was six percent in February.
