Well company wants its truck back

Chad Kirkpatrick, DCP Chad Kirkpatrick, DCP
ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Dougherty County Police are asking your help finding a business's stolen truck. The theft was caught on camera.

Surveillance video from the Harvey Drilling headquarters on Williamsburg Road Sunday January 24th morning about 30 minutes after midnight caught the crook.  A man in a hoodie was seen walking toward the company trucks.

A few minutes later the Green 2003 Ford F-150 extended cab truck drives through a fence behind the business, knocking the grill off the truck. Even though the fence was locked, the keys were left in the truck.

"As we know now a days, you have got to lock your stuff up.  If you don't lock it up, nine times out of ten someone is going to come get it, with the society we live in now," said Lt. Chad Kirkpatrick Dougherty County Police.

The truck has a tool box, white tank, and a red transfer pump in the back, and says Harvey Drilling on both sides.  The tag number is PQV 2315.

If you have any information about this stolen truck, call CRIMESTOPPERS at 436-TIPS.
