Water drive by radio stations look to help Flint Michigan

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

If you want to help the people of Flint, Michigan, tomorrow is the last call for water donations.

The Albany iHeartMedia radio stations 96.3 WJIZ and 98.1 Kiss FM. are teaming up to donate bottles to Flint Michigan.

They will have a cookout tomorrow and are encouraging people to come by and drop off water or water filters.

People of Flint have been water deprived since lead infiltrated their water.

"I'm going to deliver water to senior citizens and single moms without transportation," said Flint native and the stations' program director Miss Monique. "Because everybody don't have transportation to get to the locations to get the water, and they say that there's long lines and they're only giving out one case of water."

The goal is to fill up the truck tomorrow between 10 and 6. they are located on Westover across the street from the Fair grounds.
