Dr. Grady Enlow, Vice President for institutional advancement
Thomas University leaders give a few pointers to the community by teaching about student leadership and mentorship.
The "TU Talk" series teaches members of the community how they can learn to deal with conflict and differences. One of those differences leaders are teaching is how you can learn more from mentors who are different than you.
"If you're having to learn to deal with conflict, or if you're learning to deal with differences, it makes sense that you can potentially learn better or more, from someone who's different from you, as opposed to someone who's the same," Dr. Grady Enlow, Vice President for Institutional Advancement.
For more information on how you can be apart of TU Talks you can call Thomas University's library.
