ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Lewis James Smith hasn't been seen at his Lee Street home for a month, and the Albany Police department has issued a public plea for help.
Family members say they don't know where Smith is, and haven't seen him.
Smith left the hospital with a head injury, and could possibly be disoriented.
His family is very concerned about his well-being and is asking for the public's assistance with information regarding his whereabouts.
Lewis Smith is a black man in his seventies. He is 5' 2" and weighs 165 pounds. He has a birthmark on his left cheek.
