Albany man arrested for more computer thefts

Prosecutors add more charges against an east Albany man accused of stealing from the store where he worked.

Albany Police arrested Brandon Lamar near his home in the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue late Tuesday morning.
He's now charged with six felony counts of computer theft.

Police say Lamar stole nearly $1000 between June and August while working as a clerk at the Flash Foods on Gillionville Road.
Investigators say he would void purchases, and pocket the cash.

Lamar was first arrested in September and was out on bond.

He was arrested on new charges Tuesday.
