THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) -

As temperatures drop, utility bills rise. One area utility provider will help customers avoid huge bills.

Thomasville Utilities offers a Home Energy Calculator and In-Home energy audits for free. The online calculator gives a full report of your energy usage based on the information you provide.

Those who aren't so tech savvy can call an in-home auditor.

"Myself coming out to the home, doing a walk through, taking down notes, taking down any information about the home and preparing a report all free of charge and I mail it out to the customer," said Customer Care Supervisor Mark Parrillo.

You can access the online energy calculator by clicking here, or make an appointment for an energy auditor by clicking here.
