Railroad work will cause detours in Doerun

DOERUN, GA (WALB) -

Railroad crossing maintenance will cause a detour of Moultrie Highway, State Route 133, near Doerun next week.

State Route 133 will close for two days to allow OmniTRAX to replace cross ties and rock and resurface the track and approaches to a track in Doerun.
You can expect this to happen at 7:00 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 21, through  7:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 22.

The Doerun, Colquitt County detours are as follows:

Northbound traffic will turn left onto SR 270, right onto SR 93, right onto SR 112 and left onto SR 133 to go north.

Southbound traffic will turn right onto SR 112, left onto SR 93, left onto SR 270 and right onto SR 133 to go south.
