ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Albany Area YMCA is working to get people fit for the New Year.
On Monday they held a 'meet and greet' with their personal trainers.
Sessions include high intensity Tabata training, water rehab, boot camp and special activities for older adults.
Trainers said that the key to meeting your goals this year is to stay consistent.
"The body takes consistency in order for us to train you and keep you at the level that you want too. The knowledge that we instill in you can be utilized at a later date. We don't have to train you everyday we can train you twice a week," explained Assoc. Director of Fitness and Wellness Sam McCormick.
The YMCA also gave away $50 body assessments Monday night.
