THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - Investigators arrest a South Georgia man for growing marijuana in his house.
Thomas County drug agents say Joseph Key had more than a half dozen marijuana plants in one room, and two five-gallon buckets of processed marijuana in another room.
Investigators say they don't have any information of him selling marijuana. They believe grew the drug for personal use only.
"Basically he had from start where he would germinate the seeds to the finished marijuana product, plants that grows in water, he even had a place where he would hang the marijuana dried out and process it," said Sheriff's Narcotics Commander Kevin Lee.
Key is charged with a felony of possession and manufacturing marijuana.
