LEE CO., GA (WALB) -

A paramedic, cited for his involvement in a fight, is still employed by the county.

Bobby Patton, seen in a video being escorted away by deputies, was cited after kicking David Smith in the groin.

The fight happened after a wreck in Lee County December 18th.

Patton was suspended for 24 hours without pay for cursing at Smith, but the county is waiting on the legal process to play out with the citation before taking any further disciplinary action.
