Guns, cash, drugs seized in Colquitt co. raid

COLQUITT CO., GA (WALB) -

Four people were arrested following a raid in Colquitt County. 

Agents with the Colquitt County Sheriff's Office Drug Enforcement Team and the Moultrie Narcotics Unit searched a home at 675 Wilder Road Wednesday morning. 

Investigators said they received a tip about illegal activity occurring inside the home and had been investigating the residence for several weeks. 

Investigator Jerome Burgess said they found over $3,000 in cash, almost two pounds of marijuana, approximately three grams of methamphetamine, and hundreds of prescription pills.

Agents also recovered an AR-15 rifle, a semi-automatic pistol, and a shotgun. 

Jason Broner, Bryon Jordan, Dykerian Williams, and Adrienne Banks were arrested following the search. 

Broner, Jordan, and Williams are charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Broner was also charged with possession of a firearm while trying to commit crimes. 

Banks was charged with party to a crime. 

Investigator Burgess said they have also taken out warrants for Perez Durrian Pace.

    Carolyn Edwards is now charged with Two counts of Simple Battery and two counts of Exploitation Of an Elderly Person. According to a report, the victim was an 87 year old patient. So far it hasn't been confirmed if Edwards was the caretaker of that man but that the incident did happen at Magnolia Manor in Moultrie.
