ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Kids in Albany were offered an opportunity to refine their basketball skills for free.
At the Albany area YMCA for the small price of an unwrapped toy, children from 5 to 14 learned the fundamentals on the hardwood.
Around 75 kids showed up to touch up on his or her game.
In the process, the budding basketball players are helping give families in need a very merry Christmas.
"Me and Ravii Givens with Go Hard training," said West. "We thought about doing something for the kids who don't get to get a lot of toys for Christmas, and I thought it would be a good idea to host a clinic and all the kids bring one toy and we donate it to a needy family."
West was beyond pleased with the turnout.
