An Albany man may have prevented someone for breaking into his neighbor's apartment.
Albany Police say Grady Cleveland was pinned down by Gerard Irvin when they arrived at 600 Sands Drive Wednesday night.
Irvin says he became suspicious when Cleveland said he was waiting for a friend to come out of apartment next door.
Irvin knew his neighbor was at work so he threw Cleveland to the ground called 911.
Police say Cleveland didn't take anything and was charged with criminal trespass.
