The Albany Police Department is warning business owners after a raid at a second hand store.

Officers found a stolen laptop at Chells One Stop Shop on Radium Springs Road.

Owner Rochell Wade was charged with theft by receiving stolen property, operating a business without a proper license and secondhand dealer violation.

Investigators said she was operating the business like a pawn shop even though it was licensed for computer and machine repair, and her reporting records weren't up to date.

Police said they're cracking down on businesses dealing in stolen goods.
