A child abuse prevention group gave toys to hundreds of kids in Crisp County.

Prevent Child Abuse Crisp passed the toys out to over 600 kids through the Adopt an Angel program Tuesday.

Folks from many different parts of the community donated to the cause since Thanksgiving.

They passed out the toys all day at the Lions Club.

"We want to make sure that all kids, Prevent Child Abuse Crisp is all about the kids. We want to make sure that all children have a great Christmas morning," said Lelee Phinney with the organization.

The group has given away toys for the last 15 years.
