Police: Judge robbed at his home

MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) - Police say a reward is being offered in the case of two men who robbed a Superior Court judge at his home Monday.

Chief Frank Lang said at least one of the men was armed with a gun when they robbed Judge Brian McDaniel on the front porch of his home in the 1100 block of First Street Southeast.

Police said the robbers did drop some of the items they took when they were running away.

Judge McDaniel was not injured during the holdup. Police have increased patrols in that area of the city.

Anyone with information on the holdup is asked to call Moultrie Police at 229-890-5452.
