THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - Two South Georgia men on the run since a home invasion robbery three weeks ago, are in jail tonight.
Thomasville Police say Malik Ponder was found in an apartment complex in Forest Park Thursday. Hasanni Kimmons turned himself in Friday morning.
"These individuals knew they were being wanted by police and made the conscience decision to run and they ran to another location which was another city, which eventually we were gonna catch up with them and we did," said Captain Maurice Holmes.
Kimmons and Ponder are charged with armed robbery, home invasion, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. They're being held without bond.
