Two men are charged with stealing wallets from unlocked cars at a gas station. Police said surveillance video shows Travis Anthony and Robert Shelton opening the car doors while the cars' owners were inside playing Keno.

The two were found a short distance up the road from the West Forsyth Street gas station and arrested for the crimes. Police are once again reminding people to lock their cars.

"The victim left the vehicle unlocked and this was an opportunity for two individuals who just happened to be walking by, looked into the vehicles and saw items and took the items out of the car," said Interim Police Chief Herman Lamar.

Both men are charged with entering autos and Anthony is also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
