"It was hurting bad, real bad they told me to stop shaking," said Louquis Starling.
Louquis Starling and Antonio Campbell were shot inside of a home in the 900 block of Japonica Dr. Thursday night.
Bainbridge Police believe the two victims were not the intended targets of the shooters Ray Lee Jones Junior and Rayvon Moten. Police say the two suspects earlier tried to start a fight with Damarcus Mathis and Ryan Christmas with Moten hitting Christmas in the head with a pistol.
"Which forced the two subjects to leave the area they didn't want anything to do with the altercation and so they left and the two aggressors followed them to the other residents and were looking for them maybe to finish the fight and it turned into gunfire,"said Mark Esquivel, Bainbridge Public Safety Investigator.
Mathis and Christmas went inside the home which is when police say Jones and Moten opened fire. While Starling suffered a wound to the hand, Campbell had to be flown to a hospital in Tallahassee where his condition this afternoon is unknown.
Starling added, "I said, my arm, I said I got shot he said Oh lord I got shot too...he was leaning on the couch and he fell on the floor in front of the door."
Moten was arrested Thursday night and Johns turned himself in on Friday morning. Both are charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery. Police say they have also recovered a Glock .40 Caliber pistol and a .380 Semi-automatic pistol that were used in the attack.
