MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) - The annual Christmas parade took over Moultrie tonight.
Bands and floats paraded under the downtown canopy of lights as thousands of people packed the streets to watch.
The theme this year was "A very Merry musical Christmas."
One proud grandfather brought his 4-month-old grandson for his first Christmas parade.
"It's great just to be with him," said Tim Burnhan. "I wouldn't change it for nothing. Ain't nothing else relative to walking around this square and look at the Christmas lights with my grandson. It's about as good as it gets. He may not remember it, but I sure will and it's about the best Christmas present a man can ask for."
