CRISP CO., GA (WALB) - One of WALB's most wanted is now in custody. Suspected serial burglar Kenneth Carter was caught in Crisp County.
Officials say there's evidence linking him to at least nine residential burglaries in which guns and electronics were stolen.
Deputies say they almost caught him back in July, but he took off during a traffic stop. His girlfriend, Tomeka Deriso, was also arrested and charged with harboring a fugitive.
