ABAC uses puppies to help during finals

TIFTON, GA (WALB) - Despite the weather, it was a day for the dogs at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College.

As a stress reliever, ABAC brought in some furry little friends for students to pet. They have been doing this for some time now during finals.

Employees say that this is really good for the students as they go into finals.

"Coming in this morning we actually had students waiting for the dogs to come. So they were here even before we were with the dogs," said Rebecca Cofer, who is a tutoring center coordinator at the school. "They just seem really relaxed. I've already heard it's the best event that ABAC does and it's so great."

The dogs were provided to ABAC by Therapy Dogs Inc.
