ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

An Albany furniture store is helping to support the Boys & Girls Clubs.

Ashley Furniture Store delivered $1,000 and lots of toys to the Albany Boys & Girls Club Monday afternoon.

Employees held a holiday toy drive for the last month and the company decided to donate the toys to 13 Boys & Girls Clubs throughout Southwest Georgia.

"As a company we are very customer centric. We focus a lot on our community. We have several different programs. We do a community partnership program where we partner with businesses and civic organizations. We give them a discount year round. We do the toy drive and several other things," said Store Manager Liz Quinn.

The company also sponsors a "Hope to Dream" program where money from each bed purchased helps to buy beds for children in need. They've given out more than 80 beds so far this year.
