THOMASVILLE, GA (WALB) - A man is in jail in Thomas County accused of stealing than $400 from a barn and merchandise from a pawn shop. Investigators arrested Bradley Hand last night for stealing the money, then they discovered stolen merchandise in his home.
Investigators found shot guns, rifles, compressors, and other items they say he was trying to sell. Officials say he could face up to 60 years in prison if he's convicted on all the charges.
"Mr. Hand has the potential to face so many years in incarceration is because he has committed these types of crimes before, he has a history of doing burglaries in Thomas County, Brooks County, and Colquitt County," said Tim Watkins, Chief Investigator for Thomas County Sheriff's Office.
Hand is charged with several counts of burglary, entering auto, and theft by taking.
