Kayla Daniels and Dontonio Edwards told police they arranged to meet a man who answered their ad on Facebook about an iPhone they wanted to sell.

They met at a vacant lot on the corner of South Slappey Boulevard and Cedar Avenue about 8:20 Tuesday night.
