ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Mission change leaders have a night of laughs in store that will help the homeless and families in need in Albany.

Volunteers were getting ready for their comedy night at the State Theater downtown.

Henry Cho will be performing there on December 3. Musician Ann Cline will open for him.

Organizers said it will be a fun night to support the charity's programs that address serious problems.

"It will also help us to serve our downtown neighbors in need, our homeless community and so much more," said executive director LaDonna Urick. "We serve families week by week and just being able to serve our community with our monthly missions."

It will also help fund other service projects and their after school program called "The Village, After School Experience."
