ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Dunkin' Doughnuts off of Dawson Road took out some time to thank the community for their support in raising money for a good cause.
Their first ever fall festival was celebrated, with plenty of things for kids such a face painting, a dunk booth, and prizes. All proceeds went to Autism Project Inc., an organization special to the company.
"A little near and dear to our heart my business partner has an autistic son. So naturally we gravitated towards that type of charity," said owner Mark Webber. "But we do other charitable work as well and work with other organizations."
The Dunkin' Doughnuts hopes to continue the community event every year.
