ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Horse enthusiasts from across the Southeast will be in Perry this weekend for the 30th annual Autumn Classic Charity Horse Show.
The all breed charity horse show will offer hunter, jumper, dressage, pleasure, and sport horse classes.
The Dougherty County Saddle club is sponsoring the event, and expect more than 100 competitors from all across the South for the two day event.
This event started at Potter's Community Center, but now is being held at the Georgia National Fair Grounds in Perry.
"We used to host it here for years and years, and kind of outgrew the facility here. And it's a lot more convenient to go up there. Weather doesn't prevent us from having it," said Karen Padgett, Autumn Classic Treasurer.
The 30th Annual Autumn Classic events will start at 7:30 Saturday morning at the Georgia National Fairgrounds. All the proceeds will go to help the American Red Cross of Southwest Georgia.
