Car wash operators can join 'Grace for Vets' program

Car Wash businesses can help support veterans every year by joining the Grace for Vets program.

Grace For Vets is a program for car wash operators that provides a free car wash to veterans and service personnel each year on November 11th to honor their service to their country.

Car wash operators interested in joining the program can go here to register their location.

The program provides downloadable templates for advertising and other marketing tools and materials.

More than 1,400 companies are registered for the programs that include over 3,000 different locations in four different countries.

    Students in Dougherty County will have their state testing a bit later this year.  After seeing how many days students missed in January, the state is allowing them to take the test one week later.  Students will take their Georgia Milestones the week of April 24th.
