ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

Men walked the runway in their best dresses Saturday night in an effort to raise money for a friend paralyzed in a car accident.

The womenless beauty pageant kicked off at the Hasan Shrine Temple.

The fundraiser will help buy a track chair for Mark Langley who was paralyzed in 2009.

"It's an action track chair," said Christine Fowler. "It's a special wheelchair made for the outdoors.  It allows them to hunt, fish, go to the beach, whatever they want to do in the outdoors where a normal wheelchair would not go."

They will also host a golf tournament on December 5th.
