Club damaged from early morning fire

VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - Valdosta Fire Department responded to a fire about 5 a.m. at Club Deja Vu.

The sprinkler system was already triggered and had already put out the fire before officials arrived. Crews removed smoke and turned off the sprinkler system to prevent further damage.

Damage was estimated to be $10,000. The building was closed at the time, with no occupants to be noted.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
