Search continues for Dougherty County horse's owner

Zack Graffam, Found Horse Zack Graffam, Found Horse
DOUGHERTY CO., GA (WALB) -

A Dougherty County family is looking for the owner of a horse they found wandering near their home on Nelms Road Tuesday afternoon.
They called Animal control and took care of the horse until a horse boarder picked it up this afternoon.
They hope the owner will recognize the horse's white blaze on his nose and sock on his foot.

"I thought I was seeing things when I saw the horse running down the road,” said Zack Graffam, Found Horse. “It stopped some school buses and we had to go get it."

They're also using the Peanuts Friends lost pet website to try to reconnect the horse with its owner.
If you have any information regarding the horse’s owner call Brittany Early at 229-733-4198 or Dougherty County Animal Control at 229-894-6162.
