LEE CO., GA (WALB) - The Lee County Sheriff's Office confirmed that the third person wanted in connection to a cattle rustling case has turned himself in.
Ricky McConnell turn himself in to the Sheriff's Office late Tuesday afternoon.
He, along with suspects Michael and Leslie Egler were named as suspects in the disappearance of the cows.
Three weeks ago, WALB reported that calves, about four weeks old, weighing about 100 pounds were stolen without a trace from the dairy.
In the last three months 17 calves have been stolen, and 10 were taken in one night.
Officials worried the calves were being taken for their meat, rather than being sold to other producers.
