Albany 'Y' hosts haunted house

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

A haunted house highlights a week full of Halloween festivities at the Albany Area YMCA.

The pool house has been transformed to a spooky adventure.  Every night from 7 to 10 you get a chance to experience it.

Organizers say it gives families an opportunity for a fun night out.

"Walking through the haunted house, you will get a scare. You will get a scare so don't come out thinking that you won't get a scare. It's well worth the money. It's $5 for the kids, $8 for the adults," said Sports Director Marc West.

Other events include a hay ride after the haunted house tour, a trunk or treat and sports game night Thursday, and a Halloween costume dance Friday night.
