VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) -

The Valdosta Police Department was continuing to ask for the public's help Thursday in identifying the man seen in surveillance video taken from inside the La Jalisco Supermarcado on August 15th.

Police say the man broke in around 11:30 p.m and stole some money.

As of Thursday, investigators hadn't had any luck trying to identify the person, so they decided to release the surveillance video.

"There were attempts to try to identify this male subject that was seen on the video. They have not been able to and now they're asking for the public's assistance," explained Valdosta Police Department Lt. Kari Williams.

Call Det. Heather Turner at (229) 293-3123 if you know who the man is.
