ALBANY, GA (WALB) - City officials said at least one person is in custody after someone broke into the City Attorney's home and stole at least 30 guns and other items.
Davis said he was told by police that a suspect was in custody
Albany Police said it happened at City Attorney Nathan Davis' home on Flamingo Lane.
According to a report, someone broke into the home of Albany City Attorney Nathan Davis, and stole several guns, a flat screen television, custom knives, and precious silver kitchen items.
Investigators said neighbor Joy Baker reported that she was walking her dog in the neighborhood when she noticed the Davis' rear door had been forced open.
Detectives from the Criminal Investigations Bureau were called to the scene, along with the Forensics Unit.
