MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) -

A Moultrie man battling Stage 4 stomach cancer will get his wish to attend his first Florida Gators football game.
After we aired a story about Floyd Jones he got numerous phone calls from people wanting to help.
Daniel Walls from Sylvester gave him two tickets to the Florida State Game next month and the University of Florida will provide tickets to the homecoming game against Vanderbilt.
Jones will also get to meet the players and is now an official member of the Gator Fan Club.

"I want to say thanks to everybody,” said Floyd Jones. “The outpouring has been tremendous and I appreciate everything you guys are doing for us.”

"From day minute, we got responses and I'm just so happy his dreams are coming true,” said Wanda Jones, Wife. “He's been smiling ever since, like a kid in a candy store."

There is also a gofundme page to help the family with hotel and meal expenses.
