CAMILLA, GA (WALB) - Four suspected drug dealers are behind bars after an undercover operation in Camilla that started in June.
Camilla Police arrested Antrez Williams, Brandon Smith, Titus Robinson, and Larry Carter after they say informants bought marijuana, crack, or prescriptions pills from them.
Police started undercover surveillance after getting complaints from concerned citizens.
"I mean right next door, there's kids playing in the yard and you got users coming and going," said Michael Hall, Camilla Police Department Drug Commander. "It's just making the town look really bad in those neighborhoods and the citizens here are just getting tired of it and they are calling complaining and we're here to help them."
Antrez Williams is charged with sale of marijuana, sale of marijuana within 1000 feet of housing projects, and sale of a controlled substance.
Brandon Smith is charged with sale of marijuana, sale of marijuana within 100 feet of housing projects, sale of a controlled substance, and possession of cocaine.
Titus Robinson is charged with sale of marijuana and sale of marijuana within a 100 feet of housing projects.
Larry Carter is charged with sale of a controlled substance.
