WORTH CO., GA (WALB)
New technology is improving learning in math and science classes at Worth County High school.
Teachers have been using this touch-screen technology in their math classes.
Administrators thought it would also be effective for science, so they just used a $10,000 grant to purchase three new screens.
Principal Scott Chafin says they're great.
“We felt like we could use this technology also in the science class rooms to help increase our students learning and their abilities to do better on their academics,” says Principal Scott Chafin.
They applied for the grant through the Monsanto Fund.
