A chair exercise class is gaining popularity at the Albany Senior Center.
Seniors exercise while sitting down, but it's still a good workout.
Organizers had to move it to a larger room because as many as 60 people a day are taking part.
One woman says she's noticed a difference in her weight and sleep.
“If you stick with it you will lose, but the energy that you get and the sleep at night that you get, you can't buy it anywhere," says Albany resident Blenda Mattox.
