MOULTRIE, GA (WALB) - Attorneys for at least two of seven teen suspects withdrew their motions for bond in the case of a robbery and fatal shooting in Norman Park.
It happened on July 5th at a home as a group of teens planned a robbery in what turned into the deadly shooting.
On Wednesday, I-key Pinkins and Christian Glover did not appear in court as scheduled.
Assistant District Attorney April Hancock said another suspect, Brandon Wynn, never filed a request for bond.
She said prosecutors are waiting for the case file from the GBI before deciding when to go to the grand jury.
The suspects are charged in the murder of 68-year-old John Hester Sr., who was shot outside his home.
