DOUGLAS, GA (WALB) - Red Cross employees traveling to a blood drive were among six injured after a rollover crash between a van and two trucks.
Georgia State Patrol troopers said it happened around 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
According to a report, a Red Cross van carrying three employees was traveling north on U.S. 441, when a red pickup truck traveling south turned in front of it.
The van hit the right side of the pickup, and both overturned, hitting a third truck in the process.
Officials said six people were injured in the crash, and taken to Coffee Regional Medical Center.
GSP confirmed that the three people in the Red Cross van were traveling to a blood drive in Hazlehurst.
None of the injuries were considered life threatening.
The road near the intersection of 441 and Pinecrest Drive was blocked while crews cleaned up the wreck, but was later cleared.
