A popular Northwest Albany restaurant is burglarized. The crooks stealing money and the video surveillance system.
But that surveillance system DVR was found by police, tossed in a dumpster in the alley behind the Hong Kong Cafe in the 27 hundred block of Dawson Road.
Now police are trying to see if there is any video of the crook recorded on the system.
Their alarm went off about 11:40 Thursday night, because of interior movement.
Police found the window forced open. Owners say about $250 in coins was taken from the office, and estimated the damage to the restaurant was about $100.
