ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Investigators credit multi-agency team work for two arrests made in recent burglary-arsons. Anquan Owens and Marcus Solomon were arrested last week and charged with two counts of burglary and arson.
Investigators say they broke into homes and stole electronics before setting them on fire. The police and fire department worked the cases together.
"We try to work as a team. And in this case, our teamwork paid off. That's how we were able to solve this," said fire investigator Sam Harris with the Albany Fire Department.
Owens and Solomon are both in Dougherty County jail without bond.
