Rain won't beat down beats competition

Mother Nature did cause some delays for talent but lots of people signed up for the raffle to win a mustang.

All the proceeds are helping out the Dougherty County sheriff's office with their "CHAMPS" program.

"A little rain never hurt nobody we are having a great time people are coming through to purchase raffle tickets for the items we have," Terron Hayes said.

The CHAMPS program was founded in early 2000 by the Sheriff's Association.
