ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Students enrolled in the Georgia Cyber Academy got a chance to tour the Albany Museum of Art Wednesday.
The students learned about the museum's community involvement as well as enjoyed some arts and crafts of their own.
School officials believe that studies of art and music are important to education.
Paula Williams the Executive Director of the Albany Museum of Art also says that art can improve education.
"The study of art and music really does enhance education. Studies have shown that it even improves SAT scores," said Williams.
