One Month old Zion Omega Plummer was born with Hypoplastic left heart syndrome. It affects blood flow to his body. He will undergo a heart procedure tomorrow at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta then have two more surgeries in Philadelphia. Doctors only expect Zion to live for 5-years... but his mother remains optimistic... despite rising medical bills.
"I really wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy,” said Jasmine Plummer, Mother. “I've cried countless nights. My other kids are worried about me and its hard being a single parent when you have other children, but now I can't move forward. Because I have to spend every single second worrying about my child. Is he going to live?"
