Bartender accused of biting customer's lip off

ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

A bartender is accused of biting a customer's lip off during an early morning fight.

The altercation happened early Tuesday morning.

According to a report, Twanna Walker told Albany Police that Kimberly Wesley tried to punch her and then bit the right side of her lip as Walker left Big Daddy's Lounge and Club on East Broad Avenue.

The officer who interviewed Walker at Phoebe North Hospital stated in his report that Walker's lower right side lip had been bitten completely off.

Club owner Gilbert Udoto said there was video of the incident. That video was reviewed by police, and showed Walker tried to hit Wesley both inside and outside of the club.

No formal charges were announced Wednesday.
